How we implement the Mission Statement:

  • Many offerings are free.
  • Some offerings are performed against affordable fees.
  • We support organizations and individuals equally and independently of gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, or whatever differences they may have.
  • We follow a Code of Conduct.
How we advance professionalism in the Project Business Community:

The Managing Team


Oliver F. Lehmann, ACE, MSc, PMP, represents the Project Business Foundation as the President. His focus is on the development of Project Business Management as a profession.

Oliver has been a practitioner in project management and project business management for over a decade before he became a trainer in 1995. He has been an association volunteer since 2001.

Vice President and Chief Executive Officer

Martin Berneburg, PMP, is the VP and CEO of the Project Business Foundation and has the final and legal responsibility for its activities and the running business.

Martin is involved in start-up and innovation projects around the world.

Head of Projects

Stanimir Sotorov, ACE, PMP,  supervises the projects of the Project Business Foundation that are done by the association and in cooperation with other organizations.

Stanimir is an expert for organizational and managerial matters in project management and project business management.

Head of Marketing

Daniela Schneider  is responsible for the marketing activities of the Project Business Foundation. In addition to marketing, the business graduate is also responsible for the further development of the corporate design.

As a marketing expert, Daniela has been involved in a wide range of industries for more than 15 years.

Head of Volunteers

Jenna Chou, PMP, BComm., is our head of volunteers. She helps, when volunteers wish to influence the development of the project business management discipline and its perception in public.

Jenna has completed the Artificial Intelligence Leadership Certification Program at MIT Sloan School of Management and has worked as a self-employed trainer and consultant since 2013. 

Head of Social Media

Christian Schneider, MA, is primarily responsible for the social media presence of the Project Business Foundation. In addition, he supports the online marketing activities.

Christian has been working in marketing, corporate communications and social media for over 15 years.

Head of Legal 

Sarah Schütte,  LLB, ACIArb, manages PBF’s ADR education program and supports us with our legal matters. 

Sarah is a Solicitor-Advocate of the Court of England and Wales (2001, 2007) and specialises in project management and contract interpretation in the built environment, with a strong focus on minimising disputes.
