Project Business is a
measurable trend in project management: Today, organizations give work to
contractors that they would have done internally some years ago. These
contractors may pass this work on to subcontractors and so on.
Project Business increases customers' organizational agility and provides contractors with a business model and an income stream. However, it also brings new uncertainties because Project Business is high-risk business for all parties involved. Unfortunately, literature, education, and scientific research rarely address Project Business. Therefore the risk exposure of the parties involved is so far poorly understood.
In his lecture, Oliver F. Lehmann addresses these risks and describes how to manage them professionally, expanding risk management methods that have been proven successful in internal projects.
The 10th International Symposium & Exhibition on Project Management is performed by the PMI Indonesia Chapter.
Oliver will speak on the online track.
